Glass Bid Blasting

Bead blasting is the process of removing surface deposits by applying fine glass beads at a high pressure without damaging the surface. It is used to clean calcium deposits from pool tiles or any other surfaces, remove embedded fungus, and brighten grout color. It is also used in auto body work to remove paint.

this is anodizing Process is used to make aluminium material hard and improve the hardness of the material
the colour shed in the type of anodizing is milky grey in colour
the microns in this process material shows very low microns below 3 microns
this type of anoding used mostly in arospace industries

This Anodizing Process is Used to Only aluminium material hard and durable for rusty atmospheres
the colur shed in this type of anodizing is semi whitesh finish
the microns in the process material show 20 to 30 microns

Hard Anodizing

MIL-A-8625F TYPE III CLASS I

This anodinzing Process is Used To make only Alumininum hard and improve the hardness of the material
the colour shed in the type of anodizing is daek grey in colour
the microns in this process material shows 40 to 120 microns

This anodinzing Process is Used To make only Alumininum hard and improve the hardness of the material

components in the name of Shree Sai electro polishing as separate entity. in 2007 company started providing these services to defence ,hospital equipment, pharma industry and food grade packaging machine industry we have developed expertise in these product

also in the year 2010 we started working with companies like Amphenol interconnect India private limited, Larsen and Touro limited .

in 2012 company received ISO9001 certification in the year2013 company decided to convert its both business into corporate entity in the name of Shree Sai Electro Coating And Polishing Private Limited.
